The Just Shall Live By Faith
“As it is written, I have made you the father of many nations. [He was appointed our father] in the sight of God in Whom he believed, Who gives life to the dead and speaks of the nonexistent things that [He has foretold and promised] as if they [already] existed. [For Abraham, human reason for] hope being gone, hoped in faith that he should become the father of many nations, as he had been promised, So [numberless] shall your descendants be. He did not weaken in faith when he considered the [utter] impotence of his own body, which was as good as dead because he was about a hundred years old, or [when he considered] the barrenness of Sarah’s [deadened] womb. No unbelief or distrust made him waver (doubtingly question) concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong and was empowered by faith as he gave praise and glory to God. Fully satisfied and assured that God was able and mighty to keep His word and to do what He had promised,” Rom. 4:17-21 (Amplified Bible). This week as we prepare for Total Man Conference 2019 I’m reminded of the theme for 2019 that the Lord laid on my heart for CCC, “2019, The Year of Faith.” Abraham was justified by his faith and because of his faith in his God he was honored to be now called “the father of faith.” Heb. 11 records many who followed the example of faithful Abraham. These faith greats were living epistles of the fruit of a life of faith. The Bible says that the world was not worthy of these precious saints. We too may experience the fruit of faith as faith is the atmosphere, the channel, the conduit, the highway by which the blessings of God are brought to manifestation in our lives including provisions, healing, answers to prayer, God’s manifest power, peace, joy, His grace, and His mercy. The Bible teaches us that the just shall live by his faith, Habakkuk 2:4. As Christians the way to true life is by faith. I pray that every speaker this week is heard by all attending the conference and that all receive what the Spirit is saying unto the Church. Keep the Vision Alive!
